Medicine and The Man

If I asked you where you were

When you realized the acne wasn’t

the problem,

  What would you say?

If I asked you where you were

when you realized the boys didn’t want you

But your sister would do

   anything for you.

 What would you say?

If I asked you where you were

when your son’s Little League coach

said he would have won the MVP Award

had he come to practice more,

  What would you say?

If I asked you where you were

when your Mom left the gas on

after boiling water for her tea,

  What would you say?

If I asked you where you were

when the last needle dropped from

your arm,

do you need to hold on to it to recall?

If I asked you to feel something,

 Anything,

Like the beating of your own heart,

   Could You?

Medicine Man, Oh, Medicine Man

Sprinkle and twinkle a different dust

  As only you can

Don’t let the stars and angels take him

  by the hand

Spreading possessions of self thinly

 across the land

Every precious would be memory

Slipping away like falling grains of sand

Please die right now

  Medicine Man

  1. Hello would you mind letting me know which webhost you’re using? I’ve loaded your blog in 3 completely different web browsers and I must say this blog loads a lot quicker then most. Can you suggest a good hosting provider at a reasonable price? Cheers, I appreciate it!

  2. I’m really enjoying the theme/design of your website. Do you ever run into any browser compatibility issues? A number of my blog audience have complained about my site not operating correctly in Explorer but looks great in Chrome. Do you have any tips to help fix this problem?
