because I delivered the words
that were pleasing to His ears
He smiled
Tonation and Delivery came from my heart
And He knew it best

God nominated me for an Oscar, today
because I continued playing
in the playground He created
Sharing and Caring were part of the script
And I did my best

God nominated me for a Tony, today
because I performed well on the stage
He created. My dance was the way I let
Him carry me.
I didn’t force or pullback from Him
And when I shined, everyone saw Him
